Social Connections, LLC is dedicated to providing tools to help children improve their ability to identify and express their emotions. Children can learn strategies to overcome negative emotions through play, so several games were developed to enhance their social-emotional skills. Social Connections, LLC is dedicated to providing tools to help children improve their ability to identify and express their emotions. Children can learn strategies to overcome negative emotions through play, so several games were developed to enhance their social-emotional skills. Moreover, social stories were written to help parents, therapists, and educators have a visual platform to encourage conversations about these emotions therapeutically.
Dr. Maynard is available for autism evaluation only. However, we do offer telehealth counseling services with a bilingual LPC-A.

As a psychologist, I noticed my son exhibited many signs of autism at six months, diagnosed with ASD by my colleague when he was 18 months old (he is currently three years old). I have helped many families obtain services, but having a child with ASD has given me a unique perspective as a parent. My first book was written for my son, not as a psychologist but as a mother. I have always dreamt of being an author publishing books for children with special needs, but I never seemed to have time to accomplish it. Since then, I have completed six books, created two board games, and developed a social skills game app (android and IOS). My son motivates me to do this so that we can both help other families in need.
